Great for beginners or those new to group training workouts, FLEXX Functional Interval Training (FIT) combines resistance training with cardio drills to provide a metabolic conditioning effect. Simple, effective, functional equipment is used including body-weight, kettlebells, medicine balls and resistance bands to give you a head to toe workout that is great for all levels!
Increase your anerobic threshold and build overall strength in our FLEXX Light Intermediate Interval Training Class! This class is designed to improve endurance and cardiovascular fitness by combining circuit training, cardio exercises, body weight exercises and finishing with core training and stretching for a complete body workout. (Great Class to prepare for FLEXX HIIT!)
Ready for a challenge? FLEXX High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a fat burning, muscle building, endurance training class that incorporates short bursts of intense cardio and strength training to put your metabolism in overdrive! Get ready to give 110 percent of effort, with plyometrics, sleds, ropes, and weights, the class is designed to push you beyond your limits and have a fun time while doing it!

In this class you will develop core strength, flexibility, and mental focus to help you improve your posture and coordination. At the end of the class you will feel rejuvenated and energized.


Exclusive and limited to athletes or those preparing for marathons, competitions, profession sports tryouts, private one-on-one training sessions with Master Trainer and FLEXX Fitness Owner/Founder (Yidnek Meferia)- available upon request. These sessions focus on agility, coordination, posture, endurance, and strength. Private session can only occur in specified time slot (where Group Training Classes are not scheduled), as Member and Trainer occupy entire studio during session.
